It’s what you say. It’s what you do. You always tell me you’ll never learn. You’re changing your taste. Your time and your space. Wait don’t tell me you’re not concerned. Go your own pace. It’s not a race. You always tell me you’ll never learn. The time that it takes to blend and erase. Wait don’t tell me you’re not concerned. You upset him. You upsell it so don’t tell me you’re the one who needs him. That halo has weight. It’s what you came for. It’s what you paid for. It’s what you slave for. Stop.

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer
This is the kind of album you crank in the car on the way to fight or fuck someone. My favorite of the three so far having the most mature, refined sound. As usual, the vinyl sounds great! Mister Anthrope
